I'm Sara Eavenson, mum of 3, wife of 20 years, Yogini, Ayurvedic Health Counselor and co-host of the Your Life Practice Podcast..  I teach women like YOU to THRIVE... to BECOME the self of your inner voice (your Soul).  Through my own yearning and longing and wandering - I've come to realize that's what we are all here for ultimately - to become and to be our most vital, connected self.

When you work with me, you will spend important time really getting to know yourself.  You will learn to listen to your soul voice and to cultivate the courage and power that it takes to act on that voice.  You'll also learn to identify and turn off the self talk that keeps you small.  

This work is not about pushing yourself harder because you need to prove something or feel more accomplished.  Instead, its about learning to take care of yourself, to listen, to be be kind and to get clear with yourself.  You owe this time to yourself.    

I believe that life should be fairly simple even within the complexity of managing relationships, career, family and our need for creativity and purpose.  In my experience, it should all be gauged on how you FEEL.  What FEELS good, right, aligned and in integrity for you?
